Hello ! My name is Remire Heinze and I'm a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Parks & Weisberg Realtors. I work in all areas of town and specialize in Residential & Commercial Sales, as well as Commercial leasing & property management. My mother introduced me to the real estate world as a teen, which I found a hidden passion. I followed her around at showings and was her assistant property manager. She then presented an opportunity to work with a mortgage company that partners with Berkshire Hathaway Parks & Weisberg, that I worked with for two years. This position brought a-lot of frustration at first but in the end I learned different loan documents, qualifications, programs and more that I can bring back to my clients. I decided to get my license to meet more people and get away from a desk as I love to be out and about. My goal for myself and my clients is to be more than a realtor to them, I want to be a family friend, a resource, someone that they can rely on any time of the day. I built my business through communication, transparency, and plain out having a good time. With those key focus points, I was able to achieve the 2021 Rising Star Award, and I'm excited for what the future holds!
